Oguzhan Plastic and Mold Industry has been established by Semih GÜNGÖR in 1993 based on the expert knowledge of its founders about Plastic Mold production and technology. The company, which served its domestic and foreign customers by producing plastic molds until 1996, started to produce Cleaning Dispensers under the brand Vialli by turning towards its targeted production program in 1996.

Since the  year 2001, Oguzhan Plastic and Mold Industry Limited Company, which continues its activities with its title LLC, in addition to the production of plastic cleaning dispensers, makes industrial designs for various sectors and also performs the production of these designs.
